What the pricing does not cover iare timber, glues and any specialised fixings or materials. I am more than happy to source products or to advise on which materials to buy. ​

Painting & Decorating

Walls prepped, undercoated, ceiling matt white, Dulux or equivalent top coats and wood work gloss or satin white.
Small to medium room: £950.00
Large room: £1200.00
Halls and Staircase: £950.00 to £1500.00
All pricing subject to survey and requirements.
Wallpapering 
£35 per square metre

Laminate Flooring

£35 per Square metre or £280 day rate

Blinds and Curtains

1-2 Blinds £40, each blind there after £30 per blind

Curtains £80 per curtain

Carpentry & Assembly

£40 per hour/£280 per day

Door Hanging

Internal Door two hinges and handle: £140

Internal Door two hinges and Lock: £160

Internal Door three hinges and handle: £160

Internal Door three hinges and Lock: £180

Garden Room Kit Installation

Size and Kit dependant approximately £1500 to £3000
